Ability to Quickly 'Pop Out' Shopping Cart Throughout the Buying Journey

Enable a user to display their cart in a pop-out fashion for quick view of what is in it. Product Detail Page, etc.

Enable a CIMM2 Admin User to control the display order for products shown in the featured product widget

Users can add these widgets to the home page but they are unable to control the display order. Currently we are displaying by 'Customer ID' by default.
