MOBILE APP- Push notifications by branch or by geographical location

This was brought up by Eddy Group yesterday. "Push notifications are already available on the mobile app, but they go out to everyone who has the app downloaded. We’d like to have the option to send it by branch or by geographical location? This would be really helpful, as many of our events are location-specific and would only interest customers near that location."
