Allow the Meta Description fields in CX1 PIM to dynamically update Item, Brand, Manufacturer, and Category pages

In CIMM, there are Meta Description fields in the Item record, Brand, Manufacturer, and Category pages. However, when those fields are updated in CIMM, the values are not propagated over to the eComm site. We have customized this function for a couple customers, but this should be out of the box functionality in CIMM eComm.
