Improve Pickup Hub with notes, approvals, ticket details, and more.

Ability for Store Associates to add 'notes' to orders (this is in Bills office, etc.)

Add Approval process where store associate must get approval before releasing for pickup, etc.

More control over what is displayed on the order ticket which is printed. currently the user must expand the rt nav, show order details, in order to get some of it to print. fix this but give them the ability to decide what is printed as well.
