Integration of SPEX Builder application with CX1 PIM

Adding an integration with the SPEX Builder application for the CX1 PIM. It would be similar to the existing CIMM2 integration that was built for the spec builder, but on the CX1 PIM it would be exposed on the CSR Portal.
