Enable Quotes to Be Visible and Searchable on Storefront

We are looking to include a section on the storefront that will include the relevant details for a customer commercial quote: equipment, pricing, designs, etc. We should be able to search this by quote number. We would like to also have alerts that can be set up to inform the customer of any quotes that are nearing expiration dates. If possible, an automated email to the customer.
