Add active or inactive column for notifications

When viewing all notifications set up, there is no clear way to see if a notification is currently active/in use or inactive/not in use. Adding a column specifying this will be helpful to avoid editing the wrong notification.

Steps: cimm2 prod and stage > administration > notifications
