Access to Order Logs

We need access to order logs, so we can investigate why orders periodically fail. Now, we have to request a log file for each order, which is a slow process. We know orders fail because of special characters, invalid ship-tos, middleware timeouts, and other reasons ... the ability to investigate without going through Unilog Support would speed things up.
