A change to how the Developer team tests their fixes they send to us
for them to check that it’s working and they can tell Sue will be able to see and access Blog before they say it’s fixed and send a request for us to Approve/close the case.
It doesn’t really seem like there were any checks done by the developer team.
We have a bunch of cases we’ve been experiencing this with – that they aren’t doing a thorough test before they say it’s fixed and ask us to test.
