Add 'Comment's Field on Pickup Hub Orders

There are multiple uses for this feature but the 2 main uses would be:

1. Operator to note a staging location between puller and fulfiller (we are currently using Google docs as a staging communication tool but it’s not perfect and it’s external from PU Hub).

2. Noting anything specific about the order (ex. substituted item X, etc.)

The introduction of this feature will allow Pickup Hub to be an all-in-one solution for our BOPIS platform and we could then cut out using Google Sheets from the process.

NOTE: It was also commented that if a puller creates a note don't allow the fulfiller to override that. The Fulfiller should have their own note.
