Add "Add to Cart" Button on Compare Results Page

The "Compare Results" page does not have an Add to Cart button for Orgill sites. This should be added so users can compare items and quickly add to cart. This should be implemented to all Orgill templates (BisTrack, Eagle, ECI Spruce).

currently, Portal has India date format, which is confusing for admin users which are primarily from USA. use MM/DD/YYYY USA date format in CIMM Admin Portal.
