Audit trail, log the history for edit/update/delete of catalog/subset.

As of now, when a catalog is deleted from CX1-PIM, it gets deleted as Hard delete not soft.
Customers are raising concerns and asking for details, about who is deleting the catalogs.

We must record the details of the actions that happen at Subset/Catalogs and even the key modules like Taxonomy.
