Add parameters to CX1 Product Sync

A CX1 Subscriber can control what items they export/sync to CIMM2 but there are no parameters/filters on the Products export/sync so a subscriber must export/sync every product grouping, regardless of whether they carry items in that product and/or if they want to group all items. This creates a lot of unnecessary data to sync and does not allow a subscriber to be selective of what products they are adding to their CIMM environment. The current parameters are: "ALL" or "All publisher" or "All subscriber".
