Import items into Managed Inventory lists

Currently the only way to create a list to be used in the Managed Inventory feature is to add the items one-by-one directly in the Storefront. Ideally, there would be an import function available both in the CIMM2 Admin Portal as well as on the Storefront that would allow our customers - or their customers - to bulk add items to these lists.
