Create the ability to disable the cart with a toggle or check box for an item or a group of items but still show QOH/QA, price & promo price

Could be used to disable high demand items from being hoarded during a weather or health event, but still keep the customer informed of availability & pricing. Some vendors have a "release date" for new product lines that dealers must comply with (i.e. Yeti, Traeger) this would allow the dealer to show stock & pricing without the ability for the customer to purchase until the release date. Could also be used to be used to control an item that has specific purchase requirements in certain markets. (e.g. spray paint has an age restriction in certain markets)
