Ability to Create/Edit eCommerce User Roles

In CIMM2 Site Manager, we are able to configure eCommerce user roles/permissions. However, there is still dev work needed to make the roles work on the Storefront. We should enhance this to allow CIMM2 Users the ability to create/edit roles without dev work.

    We do have the functionality to change or create new roles but it doesn't work as required.
