Include Total Order Amount in Total Orders Report

Right now, the Total Orders Report shows separate values for Purchase Orders and Credit Cards. To actually know what the true 'Total Order Amount' is, you still have to do math.

Please include the 'Total Order Amount' on the screen which would add up the values of all orders, regardless of payment method (keep the data you have ... just add all the values together somewhere on the screen).
