Improve Admin Portal Refresh & Re-submit order feature

These are already built features into the product which needs current working understanding and improve, so that it can give best OOTB user experience. Currently they don't work OOTB for any ERP

This is my understanding as on 13-Nov-2023

Refresh: Refresh is used to get the latest order status from ERP, where ERP order is already available. As per current understanding it only works with P21

Re-Submit: This is available to all the ERPs except P21 as it helps to re-submit the failed orders from Admin Portal. Only CIMM2 web reference is available
