Consider adding additional tool tips, messaging etc. for the "Bulk Items to New Brand" function to prevent unintended brand overwrites by user.

The "Bulk Items to New Brand" button in the "Items to Brand" tab in Workbook Utilities can make it easy for Admin Portal Users to inadvertently overwrite the brand of all their items if they aren't familiar with how the functionality works. We should consider adding functionality to prevent users from overwriting brands on all items, or add tooltips/warnings so that users are aware that they can overwrite the brand for all items.
