Provide Quicker Ways in Checkout for a user to see Shipping Costs.

Currently users must enter all of their billing/shipping costs before they see shipping. Is there a quicker way such as having them enter their zip code to see shipping costs.

NOTE: Making it difficult for a user to retrieve shipping costs results in a high number of cart abandonments.
