AI: ability to restrict the reference data to particular brand/manufacturer/category

Porter Pipe shared an interesting use-case on AI, which will help their non-trained sales-rep to give accurate answers to their customers.

At times the sales-rep should refer to only particular brand/category or manufacturer to give answers as its more relevant to that customer and should not refer to all the related brand/category or manufacturer. This will increase accuracy.

So an AI model which can restrict its research on sales-guy input saying look only into XYZ category and find Part #123 installation information.
