Better Support for Gift Cards

Allow users to buy multiple Gift Cards @ 1x.

Allow users to decide who they want to send to during checkout or at a minimum add a note for each card.

Ability for users to take Gift Card as form of payment

Ability for user to choose the amount of the Gift Card. Currently they have to setup a item for specific denominations, force users to buy in those denominations, and in order to display on the site maintain 'inventory' of those gift cards by denomination
