In the new Product feature session done on 18-oct-2023 at Evolve, there had been discussion with customers (Graybar Canada(Dan) &IMS(Hillary)) that SSO will add an extra layer of security and will give them a control to control user access across applications by single switch. GrayBar canda uses Azure for other applications SSO called Azure Active Directory" (Azure AD)
This will control the ex-employees who has access to Admin Portals of Unilog customers sites.
If I may add, we have employees setup on the user side as well as the Sales Admin role. Enabling SSO through AD for those accounts would be good as well for the same purposes. Not to mention our employee users having one less credential to remember and manage.
