Customer Order Report needs vertical scrollbar as data does not fit on the page

Frfom CIMM2 / Analytics / Reports / Total Orders by Customer, I'm trying to run a Pie Chart view of all orders from 1/1/23 to 1/28/23.

The data does not fit on the page, and there is no scroll bar. I can tell by inspecting the elements that there is more data then fits on the page.

Also, format should numbers right-aligned, include $, use standard US dollar format with 2 decimals for cents and commas used for thousandths place (it's currently truncating trailing zeroes).

One more thing, the Grand Total of $150,119 seems odd. It's nowhere close to the Order Totals report for same time period (closer to $700,000). Plus the numbers I can see on the screen only add up to $134.353.
