Add combined total of all orders to Order Total report

From Analytics / Reports / Total Orders, the report is pretty good. But I still have to manually add dollar amounts for PO's + Credit Card orders. Seems like a 'Total Orders' should at least give you that very important detail (which is the total amount of all orders, without having to do any math).
