What Problem are you trying to solve?
The customers of IMS need to see the List Price of the items they are buying so they can use that information in building their quotes for the end users of the material. This data is also important from a historical perspective. When IMS customers view their orders in the ‘My Account’ section of the site, they would like to see the List Price of the item along with the price that they actually paid.
Business goal / Purpose
The purpose of this additional data is to provide IMS’ customers with the data they need to complete the fulfilment of their orders/quotes to their own customers.
What would a successful solution look like?
When our eCommerce site pulls Order information in ‘My Account’, an API from the ERP is used. The API used for this is “Order_Detail.” In the Order_Detail API, it appears that the listPrice is a value that is returned by the ERP:
