Add a 'Reorder' button to the 'Order History' screen in the eComm for a customer account

Coupons are sent out in all capitalized text, but the coupon entry area is case sensitive and accepts lower cased characters. Update Coupon Entry to auto capitalize all text characters so the user does not have to reenter if they do not capitalize...
